Aquaria – the Apartments for Your Holiday
The apartment building has got 30 apartments and it is located in the beginning of SunnyBeach resort complex, beside the stadium. It is 40 metres from the main “ Avenue “ street and only 200 metres from the beach. The new part of the town of Nessebar is only 500 metres away and the old part – not more than one kilometre.
The modern six floor building has got a swimming pool, a garden, a barbeque, a parking lot, an elevator, a café, a fast food restaurant, a supermarket, a hair dresser and a beautician.
It is a monolithic construction ( concrete, reinforcing iron bars and brick masonry ), and high quality materials have been used for its construction. The whole building had been heat and hydro insulated. The windows joinery is of five chambers, made by the German Lorex company and it has got excellent heat and noise – cancelling qualities.Each apartment is air – conditioned, with an Internet and a cable TV connection. The floors are covered with laminated parquette. The walls and the ceiling are latex painted and the bathroom is fully equipped with a shower booth (and a bath ). The apartments are sold fully finished . And if it is required by the customer, the apartment can be fully furnished and equipped with all electrical devices.
